There's no live Standard Radio show tonight - we'll be taking the night off in preparation for sunday night's festivities - but you can still catch a random repeat from the archives by locking on to 106.4 FM (if you're outside Dublin you can listen HERE) from 9 PM.

Otherwise if you're out and about tomorrow, catch us at the party before DJ EZ's long overdue Dublin debut, and later on in the night we'll be dropping a heavier set to keep those feet moving. See you there.....

Major Grave - Paramedics

"Stupidly rowdy beat from Major Grave, an Irish grime producer who is killing it at the moment. Part of Dublin's Standard crew, he performs live and builds tracks using an Akai MPC (and Ableton), and has had a load of heavy instrumentals featured in some of Slackk's recent mixes (check here...) and the March mix that this clip was taken from , as well as Blackdown on Rinse. Forthcoming bits include 'Like A G' on the Big Dada Grime 2.0 compilation and also a soon to be announced EP. Another big talent to look out for, you can also hear this one with an overlaid JME acapella on his Soundcloud.."

Last Night 09/03/2013

Bob kicked off saturday's show with 45 minutes of broken beats and whatnot, then I took over for the second half with some rowdier selections. The radio station will be closed next week, but we will be back after the upcoming annual identity crisis/celebration of mayhem.

Big thanks to Zed Bias and Flush Dublin for the vibes.

We're back on the air next saturday night to get things warmed up for Zed Bias in The Underground, thanks to Flush Dublin - DJ Bob will be playing support along with Flush resident Ed Fay, so we'll be dashing down after the radio show to that one...should be a lot of fun. See you there!
